ABOUT THE POSITIONDalilagården is a family-oriented treatment unit located about 25 km east of Uppsala, set in a two-story villa. The unit is aimed at young people aged 16 - 20 with substance abuse issues related to alcohol and/or drugs. We work systematically based on the social services' assignment with individual treatment where each client has their own implementation plan based on their needs. We work in teams where contact persons/treatment providers, psychologists, nurses, and doctors collaborate to provide the best care for the client based on their circumstances and situation.

Dalilagården is HBTQI-certified and accepts youth regardless of gender identity or gender expression, as well as transgender youth.As a treatment pedagogue with us at Dalilagården, you will primarily work with:- Treatment interventions- Documentation- External contacts with social services and other authorities- Daily tasks are also included in the positionWho are you? We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To thrive and succeed in the role, we hope you find it easy to build relationships and have good collaboration skills.

We are looking for someone who is a qualified social worker, behavioral scientist, or has at least a two-year post-secondary education such as treatment pedagogue/social pedagogue.It is also an advantage if you:- Have experience working in treatment for children and youth as well as psychiatry- Have experience in CBT, MI, and/or other evidence-based methods- Have experience in documentation work and medication management

Working hours and schedule:It is a 4-week rotating schedule with varying days, evenings, and weekends, 100%. Salary:According to agreement and other compensations are according to collective agreements.Start date:According to agreementOther:- A manual B driver's license is required for the position.- A background check from the Police Authority's criminal and suspicion register for staff at HVB is always required before employment.
